[3.6.3] Xneolinks stopped working

Need more information about error.

Please give full error log, need open Event Viewer.

1. Click the Start button.

2. Click Control Panel .

3. Click System and Maintenance .

4. Click Administrative Tools .

5. Double-click Event Viewer .

And open "Windows log -> Apllication", next searching xneolinks.exe erorr, need copy all erorrs :), example:

New version doesn't start, crashes just after opening xneolinks.exe. Installation was done like always - deleted everything except license.lic and copied new files from .zip

maybe .zip damaged? Please redownload and delete all files, except license.lic, and unzip. Maybe files are missing or files damaged.

tried to redownload - didn't help.
